Space planning and Furniture placement

Have a problem with a room that just doesn’t ‘work’?  Sometimes all it needs is ‘fresh eyes’ and some objectivity to improve the furniture layout so that it flows or works the way you had first envisaged.  Similarly if you are listing your house to sell, good furniture placement is critical to a prospective buyer when they are looking to ‘see’ themselves in their potential new abode.  This can be addressed with as little as an hour’s consultation on site (dependent upon the size of the site) or try our new service of emailing your plans and furniture dimensions for a layout plan. 

Project Management

Similarly if you just want the job done, Vanessa has excellent tradespeople with whom she has fostered solid working relationships – you can walk out the door and know the job will be in capable hands. 

Having had a corporate background working with projects of different size and scale Vanessa is more than happy to oversee a renovation should you not have the time or the confidence.
