Paint selection and Special finishes
Paint is often referred to as ‘The Designer’s best friend’. These days paint manufacturers have driven the charge for the consumer to truly DIY. Along with the tried and true interior and exterior paint finishes that we are all familiar with now comes textured finishes that replicate render, bagging, stone and suede, metals and pearls. Add to this the special finishes and techniques available and the decorating world is quite your oyster!
Vanessa can speak from entirely first hand experience, having been a paint specialist for the past few years and working with most of the main paint companies in Australia’s product, imparting her knowledge and experience is second nature.
If you want to attempt to paint stripes, to rag roll or French wash, apply metallics or suede paint, or even just tips on applying paints in general, Vanessa is more than happy to demonstrate and discuss the techniques and arm you with the information you need.
